The egg head prank

Here's a great way to make yourself look like a complete jerk:

Ask someone to let you crack 3 eggs on their head for a large sum of money. If they agree, crack two eggs on their head, rubbing all the yolk in quite thorougly. Then walk off and tell them you don't feel like cracking any more eggs, and since you didn't complete your end of the deal, you don't owe them the money either.

Why would anyone do this? I have no idea.
